What is My Reservations?
My Reservations is a facility that allows you to register as a regular user.
When registered you can track you future reservations, useful if you lose your email confirmation.
My Reservations also stores some of your details, which are then pre-completed on the Worldpay payment page, saving you time when making reservations.

What is my personal info?
This information relates directly to the customer.
What is my card-holder info?
This information relates to the person who's credit or debit card is being
used to make the purchase. This is important, as these are the details, which
are then filled in on the Worldpay payment form when you make a purchase.
Can I amend any of my "My Reservations" details?
Yes... you can amend the personal information we hold for you related to your name, address etc.
Simply log-in and click on the My Reservations link on the top navigation bar.
Then select what you want to change and make any necessary amendments. Finally remember to save the changes. Please note that bookings cannot be amended once completed.
Can I change a reservation?
Yes - This can only be completed more than 48 hours before the first journey you reserved is scheduled to depart for megatrain.com bookings, meagbus.com customers must make any changes 24 hours prior to the first journey departure on the order. A £1 fee (50p amendment and 50p booking) is charged for
all reservations being changed. The cost of the initial reservation will be credited against the subsequent reservation. Should the subsequent reservation be less expensive than the initial reservation, no payment or further credit will be made to the customer, all unused credit will be forfeited. If the initial amount paid is less than the cost of the subsequent reservation you must pay the difference when completing the new reservation.
What is the validation code?
When you first register with My Reservations you will be sent an email containing details of your login and password. This email will also contain a validation code, which will be required the first time you use My Reservations. This is an additional security feature designed to ensure that only valid email addresses are used to register for My Reservations.
